West Bromwich queen secures second win while Birmingham contestant is eliminated from RuPaul's Drag Race UK

West Bromwich-born drag star Baga Chipz won her second main challenge on RuPaul's Drag Race UK, while fellow Midlands queen Sum Ting Wong sashayed away from the Werk Room.

This week's episode saw the eight remaining queens take part in the 'Snatch Game', a homage to hit American panel show Match Game, in which the contestants must impersonate a celebrity of their choosing.

Baga impressed judges with her comedic impersonation of former-Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, winning the challenge alongside Liverpool queen The Vivienne for her performance as President of the United States Donald Trump.

This is the 29-year-old's second win during her time on the show, after wowing judged with her acting skills during the 'Downtown Draggy' challenge.

Birmingham queen Sum Ting Wong fell into the bottom two following her role as natural historian Sir David Attenborough, alongside Canada-born queen Crystal after her performance as actress Rue McClanahan from The Golden Girls.

The duo fought to stay during a lip sync performance to Spice Girls tune Spice Up Your Life, with Sum Ting Wong, the drag character of 30-year-old Bo Zeng, being eliminated.

Guest judge and pop icon Geri Horner surprised Sum Ting Wong back in the Werk Room, coming in to personally congratulate her.

"I thought you brought a lot of joy," Geri said. "So well done."

The seven remaining queens are competing to be crowned the first champion of the UK version of the hit show.

The winner will be rewarded with their own programme produced by the team behind RuPaul In Hollywood.

The US series of the show has been a hit around the world and has won a string of Emmys.
