Ska legends The Specials are set to play Wolverhampton's Civic Halls this weekend following the venue's refurbishment.

This will be the band's first tour since the loss of drummer and co-founder of the band John Bradbury, who died in December.

Bring Me The Horizon - Barclaycard Arena, Birmingham

Bring Me The Horizon

Sheffield rockers Bring me the Horizon will headline Birmingham's Barclaycard Arena this weekend.

The band are best known for songs such as Can You Feel My Heart, Drown and Chelsea Smile.

They will be supported by Don Broco and Basement.

KT Tunstall - Symphony Hall, Birmingham

KT Tunstall

Award-winning solo artist KT Tunstall has returned with a brand new date with an appearance at Birmingham's Symphony Hall.

Previously, she has won a BRIT Award, an Ivor Novello Award and earned Grammy and Mercury Prize nominations.

Since then her music has figured prominently in film and television.

Vamos Cuba! - Birmingham Repertory Theatre

Loveable Loopy Cuba extravaganza Vamos Cuba! Will run at Birmingham Repertory Theatre until November 5.

The show is set in the crazy chaos of Havana airport, where families are parted, lovers reunited, and time flies when you're having fun.

The show include choreography from acclaimed Cuban choreographer Nilda Guerra.

This show is also available on Saturday November 5.

What Shadows - Birmingham Repertory Theatre

Enoch Powell's 'Rivers of Blood' speech, famously delivered in Birmingham, is the post-war's most polarising political speech, explored by Chris Hannan's brand new play What Shadows.

Also on Friday, you can find out how contemporary theatre seeks to engage politically with the world around it, in a unique and engaging lecture with Joe Kelleher after the show.

Multi-award winning Gordon Hendricks is returning to Telford after a sell-out show in 2015.

In 2016 Gordon is already booked to appear in Canada, Norway and Spain in major International Festivals bringing the back catalogue of Elvis to life.

Blists Hill Victorian Town Fireworks Night - Telford

Blists Hill Fireworks

See the night sky lit up over the quaint Victorian setting of Blists Hill, in their bonfire and fireworks display.

You will be able talk to the costumed residents in their cottages, shops and other places of work and hear about life in the late 1800s.

In the Foundry, you can see molten iron being poured into moulds during the dramatic iron casting demonstration ahead of their firework display.

West Mid Showground Bonfire and Fireworks - Shrewsbury

The Shropshire and West Midland Agricultural Society have announced their annual bonfire and firework event for this weekend.

The firework display is being done by the world famous Kimbolton Firework Company who delivered displays at London Olympics.

As well as the display, the event will also encompass music, stalls, catering and a fun fair.

Moving from West Park, Wolverhampton Fireworks Show will once again be held at Wolverhampton Racecourse.

Wolverhampton radio station Signal 107 will be the Official Media Partner for the event, and the evening will be compèred by beloved breakfast show host Dicky Dodd.

There will be numerous food outlets, bars and trade stalls around the site, with the popular fairground attractions within the Centre Course too.

Set against the backdrop of Shugborough's Triumphal Arch, Shugborough Estate Fireworks Extravaganza is set to be their biggest to date.

Organised by Stafford and District Round Table, profits are donated to local charities and good causes.

As well as a funfair and food stalls, there will be two firework displays; one for children and one main event.

The space themed spectacular will celebrate the launch of Galactica, the world's first rollercoaster fully dedicated to virtual reality transporting people to another dimension.

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy selected rides until 9pm, adding a whole new experience for avid coaster goers.

Their firework shows tells a unique story using fireworks, music and lasers to light up the night sky.
