Parrys International Wolves were eliminated from the Premiership Supporters’ Cup last week – despite an impressive 52-38 home win over Belle Vue.

So now their attentions turn back to the Premiership, where they already have a win under their belt.

Their league opener earlier this month saw them edge out Swindon 46-44 in a thrilling contest.

And skipper Rory Schlein is expecting another tough challenge this time around from his former side Ipswich.

“They’ve got some good riders and they’re a good solid team,” Schlein said. “But so are we and we’ve shown already what we’re capable of, especially at Wolves.

“We want to keep our home run going though and it should be a good meeting.”

Wolverhampton will again operate rider replacement for the injured Nick Morris while the visitors include three-time British Champion Chris Harris, 2016 British Champ Danny King and former Wolf Cameron Heepss who has started the season well for the Witches.

WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Kyle Howarth, Scott Nicholls, Nick Morris R/R, Rory Schlein, Ashley Morris, Luke Becker.

IPSWICH: Chris Harris, Richard Lawson, Danny King, David Bellego, Krystian Pieszczek, Cameron Heeps, Jake Allen.
