The 24-year-old follows the returning John Disney, 'keeper Dave Parton, midfielder Josh Craddock, forward Kyle Perry, with Tim Sanders and Tom France both joining from Newcastle Town.

Tilt had been a part of John Hill's Yeltz's squad for two seasons, formerly of Gornal Athletic and Tipton Town.

The news is a further blow to Hales supporters, who yesterday learned that Kristian Green and Tom Tonks were leaving for Stourbridge.

But the news was balanced with the release of Hill's retained list, featuring skipper Joe Hull, stopper Matt Sergeant, Aaron Griffiths, Asa Charlton and Danny Bragoli.

The left-sided centre-half won Supporter's Player of the Season at the Grove recently, as well as joint-Player's Player of the Season.

Stylish and confident on the ball, the 24-year-old shot to prominence in April as his 40-yard thunderbolt against fierce rivals Stourbridge reached viral fame.

In total he made 83 appearances for Halesowen. You can re-live his screamer here:
