Wolves weigh up move for Newcastle hotshot
Wolves are believed to be interested in taking Newcastle hotshot Adam Armstrong on loan in January.
The 18-year-old is currently enjoying a prolific loan spell at League One side Coventry City.

He is the division's top scorer with 12 goals from just 14 appearances - and his deal with the Sky Blues expires in January.
There have been calls for the lifelong Newcastle fan and Tyneside-born academy product to return to St James' Park, and perhaps tellingly boss Steve McClaren didn't allow Armstrong to become cup tied when he stopped him from playing for Coventry in the FA Cup first round last weekend.
But with Newcastle's form having improved of late Armstrong may be allowed to continue his development by playing regularly.
And Wolves are thought to be one of a host of Championship clubs ready to snap Armstrong up should McClaren prefer his young starlet to be playing at a higher level than League One.
The Newcastle boss said last week: "January is still a fair bit away there's a lot of football to be played inbetween.
"We've not really sat down and talked about January yet. Adam's one of our players out on loan, and he is doing very well which we are pleased about."
"I have spoken to Tony Mowbray. Adam has an excellent manager there who is teaching him the right ways and the right things. He's in good hands."
Villa's Joe Cole, currently on a temporary deal at Coventry, recently compared Armstrong to Sergio Aguero.
Armstrong has yet to score for Newcastle in 20 appearances, albeit 19 of those were from the bench.
Wolves already have one Newcastle player - centre half Mike Williamson - on loan at Molineux.
He is one of five loanees in Kenny Jackett's squad, which is the maximum number allowed in a matchday 18.
However Grant Holt's deal expires on January 2 and by then Williamson may be back at Newcastle too if Jackett can't secure an extension, freeing up space in the squad.
Wolves also have Sheyi Ojo, Emiliano Martinez and Adam Le Fondre on loan, all until the end of the season.
