Wolves

Wolverhampton Wanderers have tabled a £36 million bid for AS Monaco centre-back Benoit Badiashile, and are hoping to beat Manchester United to his signing.

The Red Devils also have the 18-year-old on their radar as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to continue his summer rebuild by signing quality youngsters, but Wolves appear to be ahead of them in the race.

Fulham and Huddersfield Town are said to be keen to sign Wolves winger Ivan Cavaleiro, with Nuno prepared to let him go.

Cavaleiro is training with Wolves, but it appears to be just a matter of time before Nuno’s side agree a deal.

West Brom

Youssouf Mulumbu has suggested that he wants to return to West Bromwich Albion following his release from Celtic.

Mulumbu was only let go by Celtic earlier this week, but he has quickly set his sights on a return to The Hawthorns.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa are ready to test Leeds’ resolve to keep Kalvin Phillips with a mega-money swoop for the £20m-rated midfielder.

The Yorkshire giants want to keep the 23-year-old as they look to build another assault on the Premier League.

But Villa are ready to cause them a headache by launching a raid for the talented academy graduate.

Villa are named as one of the clubs interested in Lille wonderkid Rafael Leao.

Everton are also in the hunt for the 20-year-old. The Toffees have held a long-term interest in the youngster and want him to provide a long-term solution to their striker problems.

But Villa are ready to make an imminent bid.

Walsall

Walsall are amongst the clubs looking to sign Bristol City left-back Cameron Pring on loan.

The Bristol City youngster spent last season on loan at Newport County and Cheltenham Town.
