Will Norris

Five Wolves appearances...480 minutes of football...no goals conceded. Norris extended the perfect start to his Wolves career with another encouraging display and one outstanding save from Olsson's free kick. His defence protected him well but when called upon Norris got the job done. 7/10

Ryan Bennett

Like a number of players Bennett has accrued a real consistency in recent weeks and this game was no different. Particularly impressive in the air. 7/10

Conor Coady

Take away his red card at Sheffield United and Coady has barely put a foot wrong for the whole of the campaign. Playing like he's been a central defender for six years, not six months. Has also played more games (29) than anyone in the squad. 7/10

Kortney Hause

As he said on Friday it's been such a frustrating few months for Hause and he was desperate to take his chance. Well, he did his prospects no harm with a composed and error-free display. Credit too for his professionalism and maturity in slotting straight in, as he did at Manchester City. Could have scored with a diving header in the second half. Has been linked with a move away from the club but Wolves would be wise to not dispose with a young English player of this quality. He possesses all the attributes to be a success in the Premier League. 7/10

Matt Doherty

His first cup appearance of the campaign. Nothing particularly revelatory here but he just kept going and going. Defensively he was sound against Routledge and going forward he caused a few problems, particularly in the first half. 6/10

Morgan Gibbs-White

Gibbs-White showed occasional glimpses of his talent last season but this was his first complete performance. Looks to have grown in confidence and stature and the central midfield role suited him. Constantly demanded the ball and got his head up to either spray it to the flanks, play it short or chip it over the top, as he brilliantly did to pick out Costa. Should have scored but on his weaker foot he shot too close to the keeper. Made a couple of piercing runs into the box. His finest outing in a Wolves shirt...it was just a shame it didn't last longer. 8/10

Alfred N'Diaye

Gibbs-White being withdrawn meant N'Diaye had to do the work of two men...yep, no problem. In particular he was the scourge of Swansea in that 27-minute period when the visitors had a man advantage. Stopped endless attacks with his positional sense and sturdy tackling. Also got Wolves moving forward on a number of occasions. Best player on the pitch in the second half. Really impressive. 8/10

Ruben Vinagre

A fairly anonymous 40 minutes and then he got himself sent off. There was no malice involved, it was unlucky more than anything, but replays showed the referee made the correct decision. 4/10

Helder Costa

A very lively performance from Costa who was back to the form he'd shown at Millwall. A series of flicks, touches and turns showed he was in confident mood and he came close to a goal or assist on a number of occasions. Wanted the ball and wanted to run at defenders, which hasn't always been the case in recent weeks. This is the Costa that Wolves need for the rest of the season. 8/10

Leo Bonatini

The general consensus was he needed a break, but Bonatini defied that notion with a good performance linking the play up front. 7/10

Bright Enobakhare

The enigma continues. Did well to work an angle and force a good save from Nordfeldt early on, but then wasted a great opportunity when lashing wide from 10 yards. A young guy making bad decisions (we've all been there), Enobakhare does have a tendency to choose the wrong option, like when ignoring a Costa run and shooting well off target from 25 yards. Crowd seem to be losing patience with him. 6/10

Substitutes

Barry Douglas (for Gibbs-White, 45)

Did a containing job when being sent on to help Wolves keep their shape and discipline. A great free kick onto Hause's head for a good second half chance. 6/10

Ivan Cavaleiro (for Enobakhare, 65)

Nothing like the impact he'd made against Bristol City and Brentford. 6/10

Rafa Mir (for Bonatini, 77)

A promising debut. In just 13 minutes he had four attempts at goal, was a willing runner and looked good in the air. Looking forward to seeing more of him. 7/10

Subs not used: Burgoyne, Miranda, Rasmussen, Goncalves.
