It has been a packed week for Carlos Corberan's side who followed on from back to back midweek outings with a trip to the Pirelli Stadium.

Erik Pieters and Matt Phillips grabbed the goals in front of more than 1,500 travelling Baggies fans.

Mowatt providing an alternative

Most Albion fans would predict Okay Yokuslu and Jayson Molumby to be the central midfield pairing for Albion at Blackburn in two weeks time.

That is likely to be the case, but Alex Mowatt is doing his chances of forcing his way into Corberan's plans no harm.

After impressing at Cheltenham in midweek, he put in a stylish performance again at Burton.

He set up Phillips' goal and was the main creator for Albion in the first half.
