Stourbridge 1 Hemel Hempstead 6
A makeshift Stourbridge defence shorn of Craig Slater and Nathan Bennett were taken to the cleaners.
The visitors also missed a penalty. Gary Sippetts headed the visitors in front on 22 minutes.
Stourbridge replied in the 34th minute through James Dyson, who tapped home after a Ryan Broadhurst header had hit the bar from a free-kick.
Hemel regained the lead just three minutes later, when the home side were caught napping by a quick free-kick and it was all downhill from there.
