How Luke Powell rated Wolves’ players in their dramatic comeback win at Bristol City.

Sean Neave’s late double saw Wolves to a dramatic comeback win at Bristol City! The victory lifts Wolves to second in the Championship - here’s our player ratings…

Jose Sa

Had a few wayward moments in the first half and was beaten by Twine’s superb free-kick. Largely untroubled otherwise.

Beaten: 6

Kieran Trippier

Captained the side and delivered some dangerous balls into the box, including the brilliant free-kick routine which led to the dramatic late winner!

Crossed: 8

Yerson Mosquera

Had a relatively untroubled evening and dealt reasonably well with Bristol City’s attacking threat when called upon. Did little wrong.

Solid: 7

Ladislav Krejci

Looked to dictate from the back and get Wolves moving forward. Came close to an equaliser after the break with a well-directed header and set up the winner!

Decisive: 8

Hugo Bueno

Got forward regularly down the left and linked up nicely with Said and others. Was a promising outlet and showed great passion.

Neat: 7

Andre

Produced some neat touches in midfield and spread play well. Made an excellent last-ditch challenge but could not provide the platform for a comeback.

Assured: 7

Marshall Munetsi

Struggled to get a foothold in midfield, was caught out on several occasions and offered little influence before being hooked early in the second half.

Struggled: 5

Fer Lopez

Was unable to really be the creative spark has had been for Wolves. His substitution was booed by sections of the away end.

Quiet: 6

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde

Produced a clumsy challenge on the edge of the box which Twine punished with a superb free-kick. Struggled to make an impact going forward, too.

Costly: 5

Rafiki Said

Looked lively down the left and gave his opposite number problems. However, he lacked the final ball or finish to turn promising moments into goals.

Dribbled: 6

Adam Armstrong

Marked his 500th senior club appearance but endured a frustrating evening. Had a golden opportunity to score but fired straight at Collins.

Landmark night: 6

Subs: Rodrigo Gomes (for Munetsi, 55): 6, Mateus Mane (for Said, 73): 6, Sean Neave (for Lopez, 73): 9, Tommy Doyle (for Bellegarde, 73): 6, Tawanda Chirewa (for Armstrong, 85): N/A.
