A video uploaded to the clubs Stafford Rangers TV channel on YouTube sees fans Graham Mitchell and Alan Gee discuss their love for the club and urge fans to help towards a crowd-funding campaign to build the new spectator stand.

Mr Mitchell said: "We are seeking funding to build a new spectator shelter at Stafford Rangers Football Club.

"Known affectionately by the fans as the Shed End, the stand is our Kop.

"Currently, the club has no covered areas behind either goal.

"The money that you generously give will be used to pay for the new Shed End and will be gratefully received.

"All of the money to date has been raised by the fans has helped us to secure planning permission.

"Through the generous donations we have raised £10,000, however, we now need another £80,000 in order to build it."

The new Shed End extends by 72m in length by 9m in depth, broadly the width of the football pitch.

The shelter benefits from detailed planning permission and Building Control Approval will be submitted imminently.
