Wolves

Reports in the national press claim that Wolves are eyeing up a move for unwanted Spurs striker Vincent Janssen.

The 24-year-old has fallen out of favour in north London this season, and despite injury concerns, is reportedly set to depart Wembley for around £12m.

Wolves are being credited with an interest alongside Premier League strugglers Burnley.

Meanwhile, Wolves will reportedly battle Aston Villa for the signing of Charlie Austin before this week's deadline.

The 29-year-old striker is set to depart St Mary's, with new boss Ralph Hasenhuttl seemingly not interested in the striker.

Wolves have signalled their intentions to bolster up front with their earlier pursuit of Tammy Abraham, a move which fell through earlier this month.

West Brom

Crystal Palace are keen to take reported West Brom target James McCarthy on-loan from Everton this week.

The 28-year-old midfielder is likely to depart Goodison Park temporarily as he looks to build on his recovery from a double leg fracture sustained last season.

Albion have been linked with a move for the Everton man, although Idrissa Gueye's reported link with PSG could mean that Marco Silva could act late if he is to let McCarthy go.

Meanwhile, National reports claim that West Brom are targeting a move for Leicester midfielder Andy King.

Albion are reportedly just one of a quartet of Championship teams keen on the 30-year-old.

Wigan, Swansea and Nottingham Forest are also supposedly eyeing the seasoned midfielder - who has been deemed surplus to requirements in the East Midlands.

Aston Villa

Sheffield United have reportedly enquired about the possibility of bringing Scott Hogan to the club on-loan.

The 26-year-old striker has rarely featured at Villa Park this season, despite the arrival of former boss Dean Smith.

Villa would reportedly like to see some cash recovered from their £14m outlay for the striker however, and could be reluctant to let him move on to a potential promotion rival.

Meanwhile, Villa are keen on promising Luton Town full back James Justin - according to reports.

The 20-year-old is of interest to Nottingham Forest too, with Luton reluctant to let him leave the club in January.

Justin is primarily a right-back, but is also capable of playing on the left side of defence, a position Villa have prioritised this month.

Walsall

Dean Keates could still add one or two players ahead of this week's transfer deadline.

Walsall are struggling to recreate their early season form, and are drifting closer to the League One relegation places.

They let Keiron Morris leave the club on-loan, but Keates has said that 'one or two' more players could come in before Thursday's deadline.
