The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have carried out a range of visits on the second day of their tour to Africa.

Meghan wore a headscarf during a visit to the Auwal Mosque, the oldest in South Africa, and the couple also learned about the Lunchbox Fund charity, which provides nearly 30,000 meals every day for children.

The royal couple started their day at the beach where they met surf mentors at the Waves for Change mental health programme, and ended it at a reception for young people, community and civil society leaders at the Residence of the British High Commissioner in Cape Town.
