Man arrested on suspicion of kidnapping after uninsured car stopped
A man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping after being found as a passenger in an uninsured car that has been seized.
West Midlands Police stopped the Peugeot car in Hall Green in Birmingham after seeing that the occupants were acting suspiciously, and after being stopped, officers found that the driver did not have a licence or insurance, and that one of the passengers was wanted for kidnapping, and so he was arrested.
The car was seized and the driver is set to be prosecuted.
