No new coronavirus deaths have been reported in hospitals in the Black Country, Staffordshire or Birmingham today.
The figures mean a total of 2,558 have died with Covid-19 across the area – with a further 695 having died in the region's care homes.
Nationally, the death toll in England increased by six to 29,419 with the UK-wide figure still yet to be announced.
A spokesman for NHS England said: "A further six people who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died.
"Patients were aged between 65 and 93 years old. All had known underlying health conditions and their families have been informed."
The death toll at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Russells Hall Hospital, remains at 264; while the toll at the Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, which runs Walsall Manor Hospital, stands at 230.
A total of 383 people have died at the Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust, which runs Sandwell General and City hospital, while 355 people have died at the University Hospitals of North Midlands Trust, which runs County Hospital in Stafford and Royal Stoke University Hospital.
A total of 286 have died at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, which runs New Cross and Cannock Chase hospitals.
Meanwhile 970 people have died with coronavirus at the region's largest trust, the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Queen Elizabeth, Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull hospitals.
