A youngster dropped off cakes for 111 staff in Brierley Hill.

West Midlands Ambulance Service tweeted with some images of the gifts they have received from children across the West Midlands.

West Midlands Ambulance Service tweeted saying: "Rainbows, smiles and cakes. 11-year-old Lissy made cakes for 111 staff in Brierley Hill - they went down a treat!

"Francesca left this beautiful card and chocolates for a crew in Stratford-upon-Avon.

"This cute little baby shared the love for the NHS on Instagram! "
