Two arrested after crash ends pursuit in Tividale

Two people have been arrested after a police chase ended in a crash in Tividale.

Officers chased a suspected stolen car on Dudley Road West just before 9.30am today.

The car then crashed into a member of the public's car on Tividale Street.

Police arrested a 32-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman from the car and they are currently being questioned by police in custody.

The member of the public in the other car suffered minor injuries.

Bus operator National Express say service 87 was affected by the road being blocked.
