Stafford man charged with robbery and sexual assault
A man from Stafford has appeared in court today charged with robbery and sexual assault.

James Castle, 32, is charged with the sexual assault of a female aged over 16 on May 1, in Riverway, Stafford.
Castle, of no fixed address, is also charged with robbery, where a handbag was snatched containing £300 in Stafford, and committing an offence with the intention of committing a sexual offence.
Both charges related to February 24.
Castle appeared before North Staffordshire Justice Centre today. He was remanded in custody to appear before Stafford Crown Court on June 7.
