The series of interview sessions, ‘In Conversation With’, will start this month and will give chamber members the opportunity to engage with influencers and decision makers from across the West Midlands, hearing their perspectives and observations through the Covid-19 emergency.

They will be chaired by chamber chief executive Corin Crane and members will be invited to put their questions forward, as businesses begin to explore ‘what next’ for their business, their sector and the Black Country economy as a whole.

The programme starts on Monday May 18 with Pat McFadden, MP for Wolverhampton South East since 2005 and now Shadow Economic secretary to the Treasury.

Mr McFadden has served as Minister of State for Business (2009 to 2010) and Minister of State for Employment Relations (2007 to 2009), Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills (2010) and Shadow Minister for Europe (2014 to 2016).

These events are for chamber members only.
