City business programme is extended

Wolverhampton Council's annual business programme that helps businesses to start, grow and succeed will run from September 23 to October 3 this year.

The programme has been extended from five days and will include a number of new events this year.

The City of Wolverhampton Business Breakfast will be hosted by business journalist and TV broadcaster Steph McGovern on September 27 with keynote speakers Laurie Dalrymple, manager director of Wolverhampton Wanderers and the council’s new managing director Tim Johnson.

A Technology Expo is being held on September 26 from 8am to 3.30pm at Wolverhampton Racecourse and a meet the buyer event for local companies to find out about future tender opportunities and meet the people who let the contracts in some of the largest public and private sector organisations in the city on September 28 from 8am to 10:30am at Molineux Stadium.
