Cheers! Pub memorabilia in demand as people build bars at home
An antiques centre is seeing a rising demand for vintage pub memorabilia as more and more people choose to drink at home in their own 'bars'.
The Covid pandemic and lockdown began the trend for people to create their own pub corner in their home or build a bar in their garden.
Now the cost of living and rising prices is seeing the trend carrying on.
John Ridgway, owner of Bridgnorth's Old Mill Antiques Centre, said he was being inundated with request for items to help create the home bar atmosphere.
