Steve Bull: Right time for Wolves to move Daniel Podence on
Players come and go and it was the right time for Daniel Podence to depart.
There was a bit of unrest, he wanted to play football and if they’re not going to use him, you might as well let him go play somewhere else.
If it’s best for both parties, then fair play. He’s a very talented player but he doesn’t fit in at Wolves now. He’s a class player who went off the boil.
Looking back at the Crystal Palace game, it was frustrating. We look a bit threadbare – very thin on the ground. We’re lacking a bit of experience in the squad. When we went behind some of the younger lads dropped their heads and that’s where you need some of the experienced lads to rally them.
