After a close opening the visitors opened the scoring after 16 minutes in unlikely style when Joe Cuff lobbed the goalkeeper to put his side ahead.

However, it took Matlock who scored just two minutes to draw level after a tackle inside the box saw the ball fall nicely for Craig Westcarr to fire home.

Young winger Cuff was in the mood for more goals and was instrumental in the second goal as he ran onto a ball over the top before squaring for Jake Charles to give his side a 2-1 lead at the break.

Matlock worked their way back into the tie and Westcarr netted his second of the afternoon to level on 69 minutes.

Just four minutes later the hosts were ahead when a corner into the box was nodded on by Marcus Marshall for Adam Yates to fire home.
