We're not saying they're true, just that they're out there.

Wolves

Speculation regarding the future of Jordan Hugill has been dismissed, as he prepares for another season with Preston.

Reports from the Lancashire Evening Post claim that Wolves were eyeing the forward earlier in the summer, but have not been in contact since Nuno Espirito Santo replaced Paul Lambert.

The 25-year-old scored 13 times for the Lilywhites last season, and now looks like staying put.

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur could turn their attention to Helder Costa if they fail in their attempts to land Bayern Munich namesake Douglas Costa.

Reports from HITC suggest that Spurs should move on to the Wolves winger if no deal for the Brazilian star can be struck.

They also claim Josh Onomah could head to Molineux as a loanee replacement, despite Jeff Shi recently stating that he plans on keeping Wolves' star-man at the club.

West Brom

Tony Pulis is unwilling to off-load any more West Brom players, other than Callum McManaman.

We reported that Albion are keen to off-load the winger, but Pulis is unwilling to sanction any other deals to let players leave during the summer.

Leicester have already bid for centre-back Jonny Evans, but the club have not received any offers from Everton for Evans or Salomon Rondon, as suggested elsewhere.

Also, Albion have missed out on highly-rated Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru, with the forward joining Everton.

Posting on his Instagram page, the 20-year-old posted a picture of him at the club, effectively confirming the move.

Arsenal and West Brom were linked with the striker, but will now need to look elsewhere.

Aston Villa

Aston Villa youngster Kevin Toner looks likely to head out on-loan once more this summer.

Reports from the Birmingham Mail have linked the defender with another loan move, despite his desire to force his way into the first-team set-up at B6.

The 20-year-old spent separate periods of time on loan at Walsall and Bradford last season.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa are set to take on Scunthorpe United for the signing of Lincoln City midfielder Alex Woodyard.

Reports from the Vital Lincoln City have credited Villa with an interest in the 24-year-old, along with Bolton.

It's thought that Scunthorpe are willing to break the bank with his wages to seal a deal.

Walsall

Jon Whitney believes all his signings have their best years ahead of them, whilst casting his eye over a trialist in pre-season.

We reported that the Saddlers boss is happy with his business so far, and is also keen on limiting the number of trial players at the Banks's.

Whitney stated that he would only have a maximum of three players looking to secure a contract at any time.
