[gallery] Diehard Twilight fans enjoyed an 11-hour movie marathon ending with the highly-anticipated final chapter of the vampire saga - which they gave the thumbs up to.
Hundreds flocked to see the latest in the series of fantasy films – Breaking Dawn, Part 2 at the Showcase Cinema in Dudley.
From 2.50pm yesterday dozens of Twilight fanatics watched all five movies starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson back-to-back.
And hundreds more queued up to be some of the first in the country to see the last instalment in the franchise at 12.01am this morning.
And they said it had been worth the wait to see the conclusion in the story which follows schoolgirl Bella's romance with vampire Edward. Tracy Kyriakides, 47, from Hagley, who was with her two daughters Sophia, 17, and Lara, 14, said it was "absolutely brilliant" and "simply epic".
Dudley Council worker Judith Bradley, 25, from Tipton said: "The ending was so unexpected that fans of the book will love it.."
She was joined by friends Edina Van Niekerk, a 28-year-old housewife from Wolverhampton, Sarah Billingham, 30, from Gornal and Hanna Painter, 28, from Coseley.
Fellow Dudley Council worker Hanna said: "Every girl wants to be Bella."
