£20,000 reward for information leading to conviction of culprit in Wolverhampton double fatal shooting
Crimestoppers are offering a reward of up to £20,000 for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for a double fatal shooting in Wolverhampton last month.
At around 3.10 am on Thursday 19 September 2025, 28-year-old Duaine Mills and 32-year-old Syed Zain Ali were in a vehicle on Leicester Street, Wolverhampton when a male fired multiple shots towards their car.
Mr Mills died at the scene, while Mr Ali passed away from his injuries on 24 September.
A suspect, Mohammed Maneer Khan, has been identified through CCTV enquiries, and police continue to appeal for information on his whereabouts.

Despite extensive efforts and multiple appeals by West Midlands Police, Khan remains outstanding.
As an independent charity, separate from the police, Crimestoppers are offering a reward of up to £20,000 for information exclusively given to them that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the double fatal shooting.
Alan Edwards, Crimestoppers' West Midlands Regional Manager, said: “Two young men have lost their lives in a brutal attack, leaving their families devastated. Our charity is offering this substantial reward because someone, somewhere, knows where the suspect is hiding or who is helping him evade arrest. Please tell us what you know-safely and anonymously.
“You can speak to us via phone or online, and we will never ask for your personal details. We simply want to pass your information to the police so those responsible can be brought to justice.”
