Shocking CCTV footage has been released showing the moment a cyclist was hit by a car in a hit-and-run crash that killed him.

Andell Goulbourne, 59, died after being hit by a BMW as he cycled along Washwood Heath Road in Birmingham at around 11.10pm on July 30.

Video footage has now been released with the permission of Mr Goulbourne's family showing the moment he was flung into the air in the collision.

The clip shows how Mr Goulbourne was turning right when he was hit by the grey BMW M135i travelling in the opposite direction.

The four occupants of the leased car fled the scene, leaving Mr Goulbourne dying in the road.

Police are searching for Kashif Khan

Although three men have been interviewed by police nobody has been charged over the crash and Crimestoppers is now offering a £5,000 reward for information.

In particular, detectives are trying to track down suspect 24-year-old Kashif Khan who is thought to have been one of the four men inside the car when the crash happened.
