Pensions experts coming to Brierley Hill
Businesses will be able to get the latest on pensions at a summit with former Government Minister Sir Steve Webb.
He is the special guest at a free seminar for businesses organised by financial experts Prosperity Wealth taking place on May 22 at the firm’s offices in Quay House, Waterfront, Brierley Hill – part of the new DY5 business enterprise zone.
Sir Steve, the former Minister of State for Pensions in the coalition government of David Cameron, will be outlining the latest in state pensions, tax relief and the future of the financial system to around 70 guests.

Sir Steve is the former Liberal Democrat MP for Northavon, and for Thornbury and Yate. During his time in Government he implemented major reforms in the pension system including the introduction of auto enrolment. He also played a major role in the new pension freedoms which were brought in in 2015.
In August 2015 he announced he would become director of policy and external communications at the financial services mutual Royal London.
