Minor road traffic collision cause of Smethwick bus service disruption
A minor road smash was to blame for the diversion of bus services on a busy Smethwick street.

Bus passengers using the National Express number 80 route faced a temporary diversion at lunchtime on Saturday(2) after a "damage only" collision in Windmill Lane in Cape Hill.
West Midland Police said officers attended the scene after being called to the area at about 11.55am. The situation was cleared a short time later.
The incident resulted in diversions via Cape Hill and Grove Lane.
