The supporters clun has assembled a crack squad to take on Punjabi Rams - a group that was set up last year using the Wolves group as a model.

The game takes place at the Football Association's national training centre at St George's Park in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, where the likes of Rooney, Joe Hart and Raheem Sterling are usually put through their paces.

It kicks off tomorrow, a day before Wolves visit Derby in a Championship clash at the iPro Stadium.

In preparation for the big game the PWS boys have been hard in training under the guidance of former Wolves stalwart Mel Eves, who has taken the role of manager, while striker Benik Afobe has been on hand to offer advice.

Andy Sahota of PWS - who plans to take the star striker role - said his team were going all out to win on the day.

"It's a charity game, but there's a big competitive edge to it as well," the 40-year-old said.

"Mel has been training us for four weeks and he's been fantastic in terms of motivating us to win the game. We've got a nice kit so we look the part. The last thing we want is to turn with all the gear but have no idea."

PWS kit for the day has been provided by the group's sponsor Smile Works, while the squad, which features players aged from 17-45, will be travelling to the game on an executive coach.

"Obviously none of us are professional standard," Mr Sahota added. "But we thought as we're playing at St George's Park we might as well arrive in a bit of style."

The game was organised with the help of the Football Association and Anwar Uddin from the Football Supporters' Federation.

Money raised will go towards the Motor Neurone Disease Association, the Anthony Nolan Trust, Include Me Too, St Giles Hospice in Walsall and Punjab-based charity Unique Home for Girls.

The match kicks off tomorrow at 1pm. For details email info@punjabiwolvessupporters.com
