Sir Roger Moore and Billy Joel on way to Birmingham

Legends from the world of music and film have announced they will be appearing in Birmingham.

Former James Bond actor Sir Roger Moore, who starred as 007 between 1973 and 1985, will be at the New Alexandra Theatre on November 6, discussing his life and career.

Gareth Owen, an author of nine books who has worked with Sir Roger on his autobiography My Word Is My Bond, will interview the 85-year-old. The show will be followed by an audience question and answer session.

Meanwhile, multi-Grammy award winner Billy Joel will return to the UK for the first time in seven years to perform at the LG Arena on November 8.

Having sold more than 150 million albums worldwide, Joel has earned numerous awards and honours.

Tickets for Roger Moore went on sale today costing £26, while tickets for Billy Joel go on sale on Friday, with prices ranging from £60.50 to £93.50.
