Penkridge Cricket Club celebrate 75th year with excellence both on and off the pitch
As the 75th year of Penkridge Cricket Club comes to a close the club has been celebrating the achievements of Junior and Senior teams during the 2025 season.

Over two fantastic nights Penkridge celebrated excellence both on and off the pitch.
This culminated in the prestigious award of Club Person of the year to Will Hartwell. Captain of the clubs promoted second team and also leading from the front off the pitch in helping the club grow and thrive.
The club has seen many records broken during their 75th year. Including one of the highest individual scores in the country with Luis Sturgess scoring 271. The club continues to grow with record numbers of juniors taking up the game, the first girls team and a 5th team on a Saturday.
Chairman Jon Price said “We have had an amazing 75th year. Thank you to everyone who has supported the club. Our amazing sponsors, supporters, parents and players. We are already planning for the 2026 season as the club continues to grow”
