Jose Sa

A relatively quiet night for Sa, other than being beaten by Twine’s superb free-kick. Few loose moments cost him a 7 (23.5 per cent).

Top grade: 6 (31 per cent)

Kieran Trippier

Involved in both goals and was very close to an 8 (35 per per cent), but that was just pipped by the number of votes for a 7.

Top grade: 7 (42 per cent)

Yerson Mosquera

The trend of improved centre-back grades continues. More than half of fans went with a 7 for the Colombian.

Top grade: 7 (54 per cent)

Ladislav Krejci

As before, the defenders are getting more recognition. A third of fans with a 7, but the Czechia captain impressed enough of our supporters to earn himself an 8.

Top grade: 8 (44 per cent)

Hugo Bueno

Another who seems to have found his feet this season after a shaky start - and that was recognised by more than half of the votes being for a 7.

Top grade: 7 (51 per cent)

Andre

Mr Consistent. Thirty per cent wanted him to get an 8, but this is the fifth game in a row he has earned a 7 from the fans - though one was shared with an 8 in an equal split at Burnley last month.

Top grade: 7 (45 per cent)

Marshall Munetsi

Not such a good night for Andre’s midfield partner, who could not split those who voted for a 5 and a 6. Place under threat.

Top grade: 5 and 6 (35 per cent)

Fer Lopez

One of his quietest nights of the season - though there was some noise when his substitution was booed by sections of the away end.

Top grade: 6 (46 per cent)

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde

Back in the starting line-up for the first time since impressing against Watford, but gave away the free-kick for Twine’s free-kick. Twenty-six per cent voted 5.

Top grade: 4 (35 per cent)

Rafiki Said

The summer signing had ratings from everything between a 1 and an 8, which is probably a good example of how much he shines and frustrates in equal measure.

Top grade: 6 (35 per cent)

Adam Armstrong

Amazing achievement to reach 500 senior club appearances. Sadly for him, it was an otherwise frustrating evening. Twenty-five per cent went for a 5 and 26 per cent for a 7.

Top grade: 6 (37 per cent)

Substitutes

Rodrigo Gomes (for Munetsi, 55)

Did his chances of a recall no harm during the 35 minutes he got on the pitch. Thirty-two per cent went with a 7.

Top grade: 6 (44 per cent)

Mateus Mane (for Said, 73)

Currently second fiddle to Said and tried his best in the time he got.

Top grade: 6 (52 per cent)

Tommy Doyle (for Lopez, 73)

Has endured some harsh ratings in recent weeks, but this was not one of them. Twenty-six per cent voted for a 7.

Top grade: 6 (48 per cent)

Sean Neave (for Bellegarde, 73)

What more could he have done in his time on the pitch? Seven per cent went for the full 10 and 35 per cent for an 8.

Top grade: 9 (48 per cent)

Tawanda Chirewa (for Armstrong, 84)

He was the super-sub the other week, but handed the spotlight to Neave this time.

Top grade: 6 (64 per cent)
