Transfer Rumours - August 15

Expressandstar.com brings you transfer talk from Wolves, West Brom, Aston Villa, Birmingham and Walsall.

We have scoured the back pages and the internet to bring you the latest transfer gossip.

We are not saying they are true – just that they're out there.

WOLVES

Wolves striker Kevin Doyle's hopes of a move to Premier League new-boys Hull appear to have been dashed, with the Tigers insisting they are not after another forward.

Wolves' £3million winger Razak Boukari continues his trial at French club Sochaux this week. The 26-year-old Togo international could then join on a season-long loan.

WEST BROM

West Brom new-boy Matej Vydra turned down offers from Premier League rivals West Ham, Swansea and Sunderland to join on loan from Italian club Udinese for the season.

ASTON VILLA

Aston Villa have reportedly rejected an offer to take former captain Gareth Barry, 32, on loan from Manchester City after being sounded out about a possible deal.

BIRMINGHAM-WALSALL

All quiet at St Andrew's for Birmingham City on the transfer front today, ditto at the Banks's Stadium for Walsall.
