QPR 1 West Brom 1 - match report
Albion were denied a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup by a stoppage-time equaliser from Kieron Dyer.
The former England man fired home in the 91st minutes to cancel out Shane Long's 79th-minute opener for the Baggies.

But Dyer ensured an unwanted replay by levelling a poor tie at Loftus Road.
Gabriel Tamas sent an ambitious 40-yard strike over the bar early on and a low effort by George Thorne went just wide.
Tamas made a timely tackle to halt Ji-Sung Park after a clever Rangers move before James Morrison fired straight at Rangers keeper Julio Cesar after a flick by Shane Long and a good advantage by referee Mark Clattenburg.
Taarabt then weaved his way through midfield but blasted a shot well wide, before Cesar in the Rangers goal made two saves, first to keep out Long's shot from a tricky angle and then to keep out Romelu Lukaku's follow-up.
And substitute Marc-Antoine Fortune, who had replaced the injured Zoltan Gera on 22 minutes, then sent an effort well wide.
The game was struggling to excite but the Baggies threatened when Romelu Lukaku's towering header from a Morrison cross drew an excellent save from Cesar.
And they went even closer when Fortune, Long and Lukaku linked up and Morrison sent a shot a fraction wide.
Early in the second half the sides traded chances with Lukaku's shot from a narrow angle flying just wide before DJ Campbell's header looped over the bar from Ji-Sung Park's impressive cross.
Stephane Mbia then blasted over for Rangers and Billy Jones did likewise for Albion as the game remained scrappy.
Tal Ben Haim, making his Rangers debut, then blasted a shot woefully wide from distance.
Long appeared to have sealed the game for Albion when he seized on George Thorne's deflected shot to fire home with the help of a deflection of Nedum Onuoha.
But in the 91st-minute Dyer cut in from the left and fired a low shot into the bottom corner past Myhill.
