Shoppers notice closure of popular Walsall shop
H. Samuel seems to have shut its only Walsall branch
Shoppers in Walsall have noticed that H. Samuel has shut its only branch located in the town centre.
The shop is a familiar name on many high streets up and down the country.
The chain was first established in 1862, and it operates more than three hundred stores across the UK.
The shop that was located on Park Street is now listed as ‘permanently closed’ on Google.
There is no other H. Samuel branch in Walsall at the moment.
We’ve contacted the chain to find out why the chain has shut its Walsall store.
Walsall Council declined to comment as the shop is under private ownership.
