Tram line between Black Country and Birmingham closed for several hours on Sunday

No trams will run between the two stops until 1pm

There will be no West Midlands Metro service between Wednesbury Great Western Street and Birmingham on Sunday morning (September 13).

No trams will run between the two stops until 1pm.

This is due to engineering works taking place on the line.

In a social media post, Transport for West Midlands said: “From the start of service until 1pm on Sunday 13 September, there will be no West Midlands Metro service between Wednesbury Great Western Street and Birmingham.”

The disruption is due to engineering works, with passengers advised to check the Transport for West Midlands website for the latest information and plan their journeys accordingly.
