With the new year upon us, many of us have been making New Year Resolutions - changes to our lives that we have decided to make and stick to in 2011.

Whether it's trying to stop smoking, getting into shape, pushing for a promotion at work or cutting down on your drinking, there is something we'd all like to change.

We've assembled a panel of healthy living experts and careers advisers who are ready to help you stick to your plans and advise you on the most effective ways to do so.

What are your New Year's Resolutions? Post them in the comments section below and our panel will discuss them with you on Wednesday 5th January between 12 and 2pm.
