Homeless fraudster found in possession of cannabis and a blade handed 30-week sentence
A fraudster who stole and used credit cards has been handed a 30-week prison sentence.

Kelly Taylor, of no fixed address, was arrested in Wolverhampton by West Midlands Police officers.
The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to five thefts of bank cards, as well as possession of cannabis and possession of a blade.
A spokesman from West Midlands Police said: "Kelly Taylor, aged 38, of no fixed address appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on 18 August and pleaded guilty to five thefts of bank cards, possession of a blade and possession of cannabis.
"She was sentenced to a total term of 30 weeks jail."
