Walsall fly-tippers fined £800 after dumping a fish tank and waste on public streets
Two fly-tippers have been fined a total of £800 after being captured on film dumping rubbish in two Walsall communities.

Darlaston owes its name to the the Darlaston family, who were landowners in the area during its early days, before heavy mining transformed it surroundings. In a bid to relive its economic fortunes, Darlaston became home to an Enterprise Zone to create new business opportunities.
