Andrew Corfield, who also runs the Crown in Bridgnorth, took over the Harp in the High Street in October last year, after the popular establishment had begun to decline following the pandemic.

With a view of breathing new life into the High Town pub, Andrew renovated the high street bar and began offering live music and karaoke in the evenings.

However, after hearing that McDonald's planned to open in Bridgnorth after the firm lodged a successful planning application earlier this year, Andrew and his team at the Harp decided to take the burger giants on at their own game.
