Appeal launched after teenager robbed at knifepoint at Dudley railway station

An appeal has been launched and images release of two men police want to speak to following a robbery incident at a railway station.

British Transport Police have released the images following the incident, which happened at Dudley Port station on the evening of January 25 and saw a teenager threatened by two people with knives and forced to hand over a coat.

The force has asked for anyone with any information to get in touch as soon as possible.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: "Detectives investigating a robbery in Dudley in January have today released these images in connection.

"At around 6.45pm on Sunday, January 25, a teenager went to Dudley Port railway station to sell a coat to someone he’d arranged to meet.

"Upon meeting the man and the man’s friend, the teenager was threatened by both who brandished knives.

"Fearing for his own safety, the teenager then handed over the coat.

"Detectives would like to speak to the men pictured, as they may have information which could help their investigation.
