Man accused of stealing £270 worth of goods from Wolverhampton due shop to appear in court
A man accused of stealing more than £200 worth of goods from shops in in Wolverhampton city centre was due to appear before magistrates.
His arrest followed an incident where officers spotted a male suspect in Darlington Street on Monday night (July 21) whom they wished to speak to in connection with a series of thefts.
Dean Frazer, aged 44, of no fixed address, was later charged with four counts of theft from a shop and was due to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (July 23).
He is accused of stealing more than £270 worth of stock.
Wolverhampton police said the arrest was part of the force's tackle retail crime and anti-social behaviour.
