Chelsee Healey describes agony of her new daughter’s birth

The soap star had an emergency Caesarean.

Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey has said she had the “worst and longest labour” before an emergency Caesarean to deliver her newborn daughter.

The actress, who gave birth to her daughter on Thursday, shared a photograph on Instagram of herself in the hospital with the baby, surrounded by gifts and balloons.

“Overwhelmed I’ve honestly never felt a love like it!

“Had the worst and longest labour which ended up me having to have an Emergency C section!

“You was worth it my baby doll! We love you soo much already precious baby.”

The star, who plays Goldie McQueen in the Channel 4 soap, also thanked her family and fans for all their support.

She announced the birth of her child with boyfriend Jack Molloy on Instagram on Friday, when she shared a picture of pink cushions embroidered with the words “Baby Molloy”.

“I brought my beautiful baby girl in to the world.”
