Adam Wakeman and Damian Wilson to play Stafford show

Former Black Sabbath musician Adam Wakeman will perform in Stafford next year.

The Ozzy Osbourne keyboardist and rhythm guitarist will play alongside singer/songwriter Damian Wilson at the Gatehouse Theatre show.

Windsor musician Adam, the son of Yes star Rick Wakeman, is best known for his time as a keyboard and guitar off-stage player for Black Sabbath.

He has also worked with Annie Lennox, Travis, the Company of Snakes, Strawbs, Will Young, Victoria Beckham, and Atomic Kitten as well as releasing his own solo adlbums.

Surrey singer/songwriter Damian has appeared on more than 70 separate album releases.

He also sang and toured with bands and projects such as for Star One, Ayreon, Landmarq, Praying Mantis and with Rick Wakeman's English Rock Ensemble.

As a solo artist he has released five solo albums, a DVD and a compilation album.

They’ll play songs from their individual back catalogues and artists they have worked with, along with tracks from their joint albums, intertwined with stories and memories from their extensive touring careers in a show not to be missed.

Damian Wilson and Adam Wakeman will play Stafford's Gatehouse Theatre on January 12.
