The fair will feature a wide range of specialist plant nurseries selling thousands of plants, from late-flowering varieties to shrubs and perennials, along with expert advice for gardeners.

Organiser Martin Blow said: "It's been a fabulous summer, and we've all been making the most of our outdoor space. Now's the time to pick up some late flowering plants to perk up our beds and borders and fill the garden with scent.

As well as the fabulous plant fair, this event includes access to the beautiful formal gardens, miles of woodland and parkland walks and the woodland adventure playground for the kidsplaceholder image

He added that visitors would also find a range of garden accessories and decorative items.

The event runs from 10am until 4pm, with free parking available. Dogs on leads are welcome, while refreshments will be on sale and visitors are also welcome to bring a picnic.
