Wolves poised to join Gow race
Wolves are poised to enter the race to sign highly-rated Falkirk midfield star Alan Gow.

Manager Mick McCarthy has been tracking the progress of the 24-year-old after he caught the eye of scouts sent to watch the Bairns' rising star Anthony Stokes.
But Wolves may face stiff competition from Hibernian for the signature of Gow, who has been rated at the £200,000 mark.
Gow, who signed for the SPL side from Airdrie two years ago, can play up front or as an attacking midfielder. He has been mostly used as a midfielder this season and has scored once in 23 games.
He has been constantly linked with a move away from Falkirk after hitting ten goals last term and is out of contract at the end of the season.
Falkirk boss John Hughes confirmed Wolves' interest, but said he hopes to hang on to the player.
Hughes said: "I know Wolves and Hibs want him, but I still want to keep Alan.
"I've told Alan he could get lost at a Championship club, but, at the end of the day, I have to respect the player's wishes."
Wolves look to have been priced out of the race for Falkirk's £1m-rated loan man Stokes, whose four- month spell from Arsenal was set to end today.
Wolves were handed a huge boost today as they clinched long-term deals for wingers Michael McIndoe and Michael Kightly.
Kightly has brushed off talk of interest from Manchester United to pen a two-and-a-half year deal.
The fee is believed to be in the region of £125,000. And former Barnsley winger McIndoe has signed until 2009 in a deal worth £250,000.
The pair have been in phenomenal form since they joined Wolves in November and have been largely responsible for helping McCarthy's men to rediscover their attacking form.
