Hednesford new boy Adam Burley may have to settle for a seat on the bench as his kicks off his Pitmen career at home to Witton Albion.
The talented left footer is due to complete his move from Gainsborough Trinity, but manager Dean Edwards has admitted he is likely to stick with the side that won 2-1 at Boston in midweek.
That means Anthony Maguire will keep his spot at left wing-back.
Edwards said: "I've changed winning teams before the season and the team have tended not to play well as a result. Boston was probably the team's best
performance since I've been in charge and I said to myself that I wouldn't be changing the team that won that game.
"It is important to get Adam Burley, because he's a good player and a natural left-sider who'll give our team balance."
