Mat Sadler has won all three of his FA Cup ties against non-league opposition as Walsall manager.

Ryan Graydon opened the scoring with a free header after quarter of an hour, before Daniel Kanu got the Saddlers back on level terms 10 minutes later.

It was his second goal in as many games, but a winner never arrived for Walsall, who came closest when Lewis Warrington's thunderbolt from distance came back off the crossbar.

Both sides were forced to settle for a point, which Sadler admitted was probably a fair reflection of the game.

"I think that's a really solid away point. We had a couple of chances but they had some scrambles as well, so I have to be fair and say that's not a bad point both ways," the Walsall boss reflected diplomatically.
