The Walsall boss has confirmed that Hancock and Stuttle have sustained knee issues, although the nature of their injuries are different.

Stuttle was forced to limp off late in the first half of the Saddlers' 1-0 home defeat against Grimsby Town on Tuesday, before Mason Hancock required a stretcher after falling awkwardly off the ball in the second period.

Sadler reiterated that he expects both injuries to be "significant" and expects to know more on the severity of both issues by the weekend.

Sadler: 'The key thing now is to get the full picture'
